The rooms here are bright and fairly quiet with clean beddings. The location is excellent and incredible, close to city centre on main road yet surprisingly quiet.

We loved the continental breakfast that was incredibly nice with porridge and cereal bars bags of nuts.

An electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my deluxe king room were useful during the stay on a shopping trip.

It has magnificent very central location close to all the city's attractions. The place to order lunch at a medium distance from the hotel is Gatehouse.

Considering other options in Norwich this one is great value. It is a beautifully decorated and brilliant place - 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. It is in excellent and unbeatable location to Surrey House, set close to the hotel. ...

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the early check-in they allowed me. The shared bathrooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. The hotel had a convenient connection to an Indian restaurant, although I chose to explore Norwich instead.

Plenty of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, central heating and an iron in the standard double room. The venue's position was very central. Also, Guided Walks was max 15 minutes walk to.

We were in a decent location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a massive 12th - century castle.

My recent stay at a hotel in Norwich was fantastic. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and everything looked brand new. The bathroom was modern and spotless, which was a pleasant surprise. The room had a long mirror, which was really useful for getting ready. I also loved that the room had bottles of water included. The location of the hotel was great as well, as it was within walking distance to the town centre. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing. Our standard double room had an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. The pillows and bed were comfy, slept like a baby. Had a central location, perfect for crashing near the pubs and clubs.
